The focus this year was on how best to deploy OnLineInset strategically, and we invited speakers from several local authorities who have adopted successful delivery models. There was also an opportunity to hear about our evolving partnership with NATSIP in delivering the modules on sensory impairment.
Our keynote speaker was Trish Rymer, from New South Wales, who was to describe how service delivery has been transformed across the state through online training. Unfortunately Trish had to cancel at late notice but she had her presentation filmed along with an interview with Brian Smyth-King, the Director of Disability Programs in NSW.
